The 33 London boroughs are:
Barking and Dagenham, Barnet, Bexley, Brent, Bromley, Camden, City of London, Croydon, Ealing, Enfield, Greenwich, Hackney, Hammersmith and Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Havering, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea, Kingston upon Thames, Lambeth, Lewisham, Merton, Newham, Redbridge, Richmond upon Thames, Southwark, Sutton, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Wandsworth, Westminster.
The aim of the 33 in 12 Project is to visit every London borough at least once within the next 12 months and deliver my Awareness Talk in each community. Many of these boroughs are unfamiliar to me, so each visit will be planned using a mixture of local knowledge from friends and by identifying the largest public library in the borough as a reliable starting point for hosting or promoting the talk.
At each location I will rent the meeting rooms/spaces, produce flyers for distribution, contact local free council media and enter the details into Eventbrite. My target is to talk to 50 men in each location.

Professional Blog Refinement
Have all earlier blog posts professionally proof‑read, corrected, and updated. These are often the first point of contact for new users, so clarity and accuracy matter.
Podcast Expansion
Produce 10 new audio podcasts based on existing blog content to continue the 30 episodes currently available, this will widen reach and accessibility.
Video Podcast Creation
Create 2 new video podcasts to support visual learners and deepen engagement.
New Info Commercial
Produce 1 new video info‑commercial to support outreach, advertising, and early‑detection messaging.
