About

I actually went for a health MOT, prostate cancer and PSA checking was not on my mind. It was the doctor who suggested a PSA test.
I joined Prostate Cancer UK eight years ago knowing I wanted to make a real difference. Since then, I’ve had world‑class training, met extraordinary people, and become a proud ambassador for the charity.

No symptoms
-
No warning
-
Two months later, prostate cancer confirmed
I’ve delivered hundreds of talks across the country - in workplaces, community groups, building sites, one‑to‑one sessions and packed auditoriums — helping men understand their risk and take action.
I speak from lived experience. I don’t sugar‑coat anything and I don’t pull punches. I tell the truth as it is - the good, the bad, the frightening and the terrifying.
Facts inform us but stories move us in a unique and memorable way. When it comes to prostate cancer, moving men to act is the difference between early detection and a late diagnosis.
My approach is simple: Real stories. Real talk. Real impact. I use humour, honesty and hard‑hitting moments to break down stigma, challenge silence and open doors to conversations men often avoid. Every story I share is crafted to be memorable, thought‑provoking and impossible to ignore — because I've realised that’s what saves lives.
After I started talking.
I started writing.
Then I started creating.
Then I created this CIC.
Through this CIC, I’m taking that mission further. I’m building new tools to reach men where they are:
-
Awareness Talks
-
Digital content
-
Unique storytelling
-
Community engagement
My goal is to empower men, their families and their communities with the knowledge, confidence and urgency to take seriously the third biggest killer of men worldwide.
I survived by chance.
I want others to survive by choice.
Just get tested.
Get Ahead of it, Before it Gets Ahead of You
